A patch test is legally required for all new clients (or returning clients who haven’t had the treatment in 6+ months) at least 48 hours or more before your appointment.
If you arrive without having had a patch test, your treatment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost.
This policy is clearly stated throughout the booking process and is in place to protect your safety and keep me insured.
